She has been teaching at CorePower Yoga for over three years and is 50-hour Yoga Sculpt certified, known for delivering high-energy classes that build strength and community. Her format blends dynamic vinyasa flow with high-intensity, music-driven strength training — creating a sweaty, empowering, and uplifting workout experience.
