We’ll kick things off at Teknion for a light networking session and hydration before taking a warm-up walk over to Solidcore for the Signature50: Full Body class.

This 50-minute, low-impact, high-intensity, resistance-based strength workout is meticulously designed to challenge every major muscle group — from your core and obliques to your upper and lower body. Each movement is intentional, controlled, and guided by expert coaches who will provide modifications and amplifications to meet all fitness levels.

Whether you’re a Solidcore regular or new to the workout, this session will leave you feeling strong, energized, and connected with the WWIRE community.
