Join WWIRE Chicago on July 15 for an immersive evening of wellness, connection, and community at Eastend, one of Chicago’s premier recovery and performance spaces. This unique WELL event will explore stress management, social recovery, and the power of breathwork through a guided experience led by wellness expert Jason Loebig of Live Better.

Schedule of Events:
5:15 PM – Arrival & Check-In: Guests will be welcomed at the front and guided on a full tour of the Eastend space, concluding at the group recovery area.
5:45 PM – Kick-Off & Breathwork with Jason Loebig: Jason will lead a short discussion on stress, building community, and social recovery, followed by a dynamic breathwork session, including both up-regulation and down-regulation techniques.
6:00 PM – Group Contrast Recovery: Dive into the full contrast therapy experience—sauna + cold plunge—led by the Eastend team. In-sauna breath guidance will be provided, with on-hand “cold coaching” support for those new to the plunge.
7:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up
