In partnership with SUP East Coast Style, Pilates Before Pickup will lead a Pilates-inspired paddleboard class rooted in classical Pilates principles, designed to challenge your balance, core strength, stability, and body awareness while enjoying the beauty of the water.

No prior paddleboarding or Pilates experience is required. Paddleboard and instruction are included.
